Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Kanpri, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality lab-grown diamond jewelry that meets your expectations. However, if you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please review the following policy:

1. Order Cancellation

• Before Shipment:
  You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if it hasn’t been processed or shipped.
  Please email us at support@kanpri.com or call us at +91 7377197555 with your order number to initiate cancellation.

• After Shipment:
  Once the product has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. You may proceed with a return once the product is delivered.

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

• You raise a return request within 3 days of delivery.

• The item is unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging and certificates (if applicable).

Non-returnable items:

• Custom-made or personalized jewelry

• Items on clearance or sale

• Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be initiated within 5-7 working days.

• The refund will be credited to your original payment method (credit card, UPI, or bank account).

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer. Kindly share your account details when requested.

4. Exchange Policy

• We allow exchanges for the same product category if the item is in perfect condition and in stock.

• The exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

5. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of product defect or wrong item delivered.

• For returns due to customer preference, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
