At Kanpri, we are committed to delivering your jewelry safely, securely, and on time. Please review our shipping and delivery policy to understand how your orders are handled.


1. Order Processing Time
  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.


2. Shipping Methods & Partners

We partner with trusted courier services such as Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, and others to ensure timely and secure delivery.


3. Estimated Delivery Time
  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–8 business days
    Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors like weather conditions, remote areas, or courier delays.


4. Shipping Charges
  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹2,000 within India.

  • A flat rate of ₹99 will be applied on orders below ₹2,000.

  • International Shipping is currently not available (will be added soon).


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with the tracking ID and courier details to monitor your shipment in real-time.


6. Delivery Address
  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

  • We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.


7. Delays and Exceptions
  • We are not liable for delivery delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or unforeseen courier issues.

  • In case of significant delays, our team will notify you via email or phone.


8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a damaged, opened, or tampered package, please:

  1. Do not accept the delivery.

  2. Take photos/videos of the condition.

9. Delivery Confirmation

We consider an order delivered when:

  • The shipping partner marks it as delivered

  • A recipient signs or confirms delivery
    Please contact us within 48 hours if you did not receive your package but it shows as delivered.
